SN74CBT3126PWR is a quadruple high-speed device designed for 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC operations. It is a 16-bit bus switch device with two address lines (A0 and A1) and four data ports input/output to provide data selections at the four data ports. With TTL or low-voltage CMOS compatibility, this device may be used in both 3-state and non–3-state applications. Each four-transistor data switch draws very little power and can handle data rates in excess of 200 Mbps with switch times of 150 ns.
