Working Principle

Likewise, when the applied voltage is lower than the lower threshold voltage, the output will generate a high state output. The upper and lower threshold voltages can be adjusted using external reference and feedback ports respectively. The SN74F521NSR also features a power on reset circuit which allows the device to start up in a known state without external control.

Pin Configuration

The SN74F521NSR is available in a 14-pin dual in-line configuration. Pin 1 is the negative supply and pin 10 is the positive supply. Pins 6 and 8 are the comparator inputs.
