The SN74HC393DR is a dual 4-bit binary ripple counter with complementary outputs. It is a robust and versatile logic circuit which can be used in a variety of different ways across a broad range of projects. It is part of the family of logic circuit integrated circuits called ‘Counters, Dividers’ and is a very important addition to any project requiring logic circuits. The SN74HC393DR are two internally synchronous 4-bit binary counters which feature dual counting and dual complementing outputs. The content of each counter is advanced, when triggered by a HIGH to LOW transition at the corresponding clock input.
