The SN74LS156DRE4 is a 4-channel Multiplexer, Demultiplexer, Decoder, or Signal Switch. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including control and communication transmission, signal switching, and data processing. This device can be used to multiplex and demultiplex four digital signals simultaneously. It can also be used as a signal switch to transmit data between 2 or 4 different circuits.
