1. Describe
The SN74LV1T34DBVRG4 device is a low voltage CMOS gate logic that operates over a wider voltage range for industrial, portable, telecom and automotive applications. The output levels are referenced to the supply voltage and are capable of supporting 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V and 5-V CMOS levels. The input is designed with a lower threshold circuit to match the 1.8 V input logic at VCC = 3.3 V and can be used for 1.8 V to 3.3 V level translation. In addition to this, the 5 V tolerant input pins are downconverted (ie, output 3.3 V to 2.5 V at VCC = 2.5 V). Wide VCC The 1.8 V to 5.5 V range allows generating the desired output levels for connection to a controller or processor. The SN74LV1T34 device is designed with 8 mA current drive capability to reduce line reflections, overshoot, and undershoot caused by high drive outputs.
