The SN74LVC16373AGRDR is a 3-state Octal Latches and Bi-Directional Transceivers logic IC. It is integrated with eight latches and thirteen I/O pins. The SN74LVC16373AGRDR is internally organized as eight 3-state latches with each latch having three I/O pins, one data input, one enable input and one output pin. The output of the latch will not be dependent on the data-input line and will stay at the data-input line (HIGH or LOW) when the enable input is de-asserted. The 3-state output feature allows multiple inputs to be connected to the same bus as the output line will have a Hi-Z state when enable is de-asserted.
