SN74LVC1G139YZPR, part of the low-voltage single-supply mixed-signal logic family from Texas Instruments, is a dual 2-to-4 multiplexer/demultiplexer. The device features two independent 2-to-4 multiplexer/demultiplexer, each type featuring two address inputs (A0, A1), select inputs (S0, S1), and four data input/outputs (I0–I3, O0–O3), enable inputs (E1, E2) and activelow reset inputs (MR). The active-low reset (MR) input overrides all selection inputs and resets the device to the low-output logic state under all conditions and status.

The SN74LVC1G139YZPR multiplexer/demultiplexer is fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology, which provides low power consumption, wide operating voltage (1.65V to 3.6V), and high noise immunity. The device provides very high on-state speed and low off-state leakage.
