The SN74LVC1G3208DBVT is a logic device capable of being configured with a specialized combination of pass & drive signals, designed within a single device. It measures 3.00mm x 3.00mm, and operates at a supply voltage of 1.14V - 3.6V, with its power dissipation at around 80mW. The device\'s properties also allow it to provide improved electrical performance in terms of power dissipation, signal-to-noise ratio, crosstalk immunity, and signal slew rate.The SN74LVC1G3208DBVT\'s working principle is simple yet effective. Whenever a logical gate is powered by a voltage signal, it goes through a switching process. When the input becomes lower than the predetermined threshold, the output becomes inverted and the output becomes higher than the input voltage. This effect is then coupled and combined with the additional functions of the device, such as an OR function, a 3-state buffer, or an inverter.The SN74LVC1G3208DBVT is also capable of providing an integrated 4-bit tri-state parallel-output data line-driver, with additional 600 mV common-mode range, for high speed and low power consumption. It also includes a data latch function capable of providing an integrated 4-bit parallel-output data line-latch, with open-drain drivers, buffered outputs, and selectable drive-level supports. Furthermore, the device is also capable of providing an integrated Clamp Input function, allowing high speed and low power consumption.The SN74LVC1G3208DBVT was designed primarily as a pass and drive signal device, to enhance the functionality of the device in an array of complex systems, such as fault protection multiplexers and transmission line-drivers. It incorporates a variety of features, such as its integrated OR and 3-state buffer functions, as well as an inverter logic, providing unmatched performance even in the most harsh of conditions. The device has the capability to provide improved electrical performance thanks to its increased power dissipation, signal-to-noise ratios, crosstalk immunity and signal slew rates.
