SN74LVC1T45DBVRG4 is a logic translator, level shifter which is available in the Ultra-small 0.80 mm x0.90 mm Thin-Small-Outline (TSO) Package. It translates 77 mV to 2000 mV input signals to digital inputsand output signals from low voltage devices to 3.3 V CMOS in Automotive (AEC-Q100) Grade 0applications.
This input translator contains one bidirectional translating buffer in which the upper VCCIO is 3.3 Vwhen VCCA is 3.3 V. VCCA can be 2.5 V for automotive applications. The bidirectional pins can beconfigured as either an input or output, offering increased design flexibility.
The bidirectional translators typically feature a reduced-power mode during device operation whenthe output levels are at a known logic state.
