The Output pins are also six output which are divided into three 8-bit registers, each one separated in two 4-bit registers: Q0-Q7 and Q8-Q15. CLEAR and CLK enables in the same time can clear, or set the data of both registers. If CLEAR and CLK are enabled separately, the CLEAR will reset the data to zero while the CLK will set the data.
