The SN74LVTH245A is a low-voltage differential bus transceiver designed for high-speed digital applications operating in the 3.3-3.6 V voltage range. It is designed for applications that transmit or receive 10 Mbps data signals, as well as for digital communication with other circuits. It is suitable for mixed-signal designs where a logic transfer is required between devices that operate at different voltage levels, such as NAND flash, NOR flash, and asynchronous RAM.

Working Principle
