Working Principle

The SR105HA0G is a "Full Wave Rectifier." This means that when an Alternating Current (AC) signal is applied to the rectifier, it produces a Direct Current (DC) signal at the output. The RM105HA0G is made up of two semiconductor junctions, which can be connected in either series or parallel. When the rectifier is connected in series, each device operates alternately, producing a full wave rectified DC signal. When the rectifier is connected in parallel, the devices operate simultaneously, producing a half-wave rectified DC signal. Both of these configurations produce an Output Voltage of up to 400V.

The SR105HA0G rectifier effectively stops any current flow in the reverse direction, making it well-suited for use in applications such as voltage level shifting, line regulation, and EMI filtering. Its low-profile surface mount design also makes it useful for power line applications, where space is limited.

The SR105HA0G is also equipped with a built-in thermal overload protection circuit, which limits temperature rises during long-term overload conditions. Additionally, its low forward voltage drop, combined with its extremely low leakage current, make it ideal for use in high-efficiency power supplies.
