It is a silicon epitaxial Schottky barrier rectifier in the industry-standard SMA package, offering capacitance and voltage ratings of 500V and 1.2A. Its low reverse leakage current and high surge capability make it ideal for high efficiency, low power consumption converters.
When operated in high frequency switching applications, SR1504HR0G is even more effective as it has very low conduction losses, thanks to its low forward voltage drop and low reverse-recovery time. This enables time-saving in the rectification process. SR1504HR0G is capable of working with power efficiency of up to 95%, making it a valuable asset in any power supply system. Other features such as low self-VF and low thermal resistance aid in both reliable operation and increased overall power efficiency.
The working principle of SR1504HR0G is relatively simple. When a positive voltage source is connected to anode A and cathode C is connected to a negative voltage source, voltage will be applied across the semiconductor junction.
