SRA850HC0G

The SRA850HC0G is a single, discrete rectifier diode of a type that is most frequently used in power conversion and recovery applications. Generally, the diode is connected in series with an inductor, allowing for the conversion of alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC). Diodes of this type have been used for the last several decades for a variety of purposes, including: power conversion, rectification of AC to DC, and as a switch.
