SS12P4C-M3/86A

The SS12P4C-M3/86A is a small surface mounted diodes rectifier array, which is housed in plastic a SOD-123 package, and approved by RoHS standards. This diode rectifier array is designed for high surge capacity, and for general use in the engineering field. It has four surface mounted diodes of silicon epitaxial construction, each with integrated individual capacitive snubbers. In other words, these diodes are designed for use in high frequency applications and are capable of rectifying signals in both AC and DC applications.The operating junction temperature of the SS12P4C-M3/86A is -55°C to 150°C, with an ambient temperature of up to 125°C. The forward voltage drop (VF) is 1.14 V @ 10 mA DC and the reverse voltage (VR) is 5 V @ 50 mA DC. The leakage current (If) is 0.5 µA max. The maximum forward surge current (IFSM) is quality without compromising efficiency.The SS12P4C-M3/86A is a fast recovery rectifier diode that can be used in applications ranging from power line rectifiers to power converters.
