STM32F103xC, STM32F103xD and STM32F103xE Performance Lines Integrates a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M3 32-bit RISC core, running at speed 72 MHz frequency, high-speed embedded memory (flash up to 512 KB and SRAM up to 64 KB), and a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals Connects to two APB buses. All devices offer three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-Bit timer plus two PWM timers, and standard and advanced communication Interfaces: Up to two I2C, three SPI, two I2S, one SDIO, five USARTs, one USB, and one able. The STM32F103xC/D/E high-density performance line operates from –40 to +105 °C temperature range, 2.0 to 3.6 V supply. a comprehensive set of A power saving mode allows the design of low power applications.
