Hey6288 adopts the 8051-enhanced Harvard architecture, which divides the memory into Flash, RAM, and EEPROM. It also integrates 4-level power control system and a large set of peripherals, including UART, I2C, DWT, SPI, PWM and MSC.
When the system is in the run state, the instruction will be read from the Flash and transcribed into instruction cache after decoding, and the data will be read from the RAM. If the time-sensitive criterion is met, the instruction in the instruction cache will be executed immediately to ensure the execution speed of the program.
