STP6X28RD

The STP6X28RD is an ultra-compact radiation tolerant semiconductor device which is designed as a spaceborne or airborne embedded system module in satellite or drone applications.

It is a 6-bit A/D converter and digital-to-analog converter (DAC) integrated circuit consisting of a 6-bit 4-amplifier DAC and six successive approximation ADCs. It operates with a supply voltage range of 1 V to 5 V and has a on-chip reference voltage of 0.3 V to 5 V. The STP6X28RD features a high dynamic range of analog signal handling capability, making ideal for high-performance embedded systems that need to accurately represent analog signals.
