The STPS2060CT is a fast and reliable rectifier module with a forwar current rating of 6.0A, a maximum reverse voltage rating of 30V and a repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 30V. The rectifier is built on a thermally enhanced high temperature substrage, offering superior thermal conductivity and superior durability in extreme temperatures. It also has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
