STPS3H100U is a single Schottky rectifier, widely used in the field of power supplies, chargers, converters, general rectification circuit and various kinds of industrial fields with high efficiency in laboratory and workbench application. In terms of working principles, STPS3H100U has a simple circuit structure. Its working process is formed by two PN junctions which separated by a thin layer of metal.
