SU1C6AC is a series of contactor used in AC three-phase voltage. It is a combined electrical component, and is a kind of high power electrical control element. It is mainly used in AC motoring power control, AC common current control, AC capacitor switching, etc.

SU1C6AC application field covers a wide range, for example, in starting, controlling, reversing and breaking of single- and three-phase motors, in protecting associated circuits & lines from over-load; in the switching of capacitors, and vatious circuit switches. It can also be used in a variety of electrical engineering, such as chemical, mining, iron & steel, shipbuilding, plastic machinery and other related industries.

The working principle of SU1C6AC series contactor is simple and practical. Generally, the primary coil of the contactor is connected to the power supply, and the secondary coil is connected to the switching circuit. When the primary coil is energized, an electromagnet is generated to attract the armature, thus driving the contactor to switch. When the power supply is cut off, the electromagnet will become disengaged, resulting in the contactor returned to the original state.

The contactor\'s two sides generally rely on silver-nickel carbon welding wire to be consctructed. The contact material is cast copper to ensure the electrical performance, and it is interconnected by artificially riveting or welding. The contactor generally consists of several poles. When two circuit contacts are brought into full contact, it\'ll result in the completion of the circuit, and the two circuits will be interconnected.

SU1C6AC series contactor uses a variety of auxiliary functions, such as interlocks, and allows users to select from a variety of functions. This is the general manual control mode, which is attained by the thermal protection device, auxiliary contactor, and manual reset device. Besides, in order to enhance the reliability of the contactor, it is equipped with a wide variety of protective devices.These make the contactor play an effectively role in power control.
