SURA8205T3G is a diode rectifier module product series produced by Nihon Inter Electronics Corporation. Working Principle

SURA8205T3G has a spanning range of 75-900V, and the maximum continuous reverse voltage is 1000V. It can work in a frequency range of 47-63Hz. It is composed of four diodes and a full-wave bridge, which are 1N4007 diodes. Each group of diodes is composed of 1N4007 diodes in series, and four groups of diodes are connected to form a bridge.When AC power is applied to the bridge terminals A"and"C", assuming that the self-inductance of the electric wire between the bridge is small, and the four diodes of the bridge D1, D2, D3 and D4 are ideal, then the following is the working principle of the bridge: When A(t) is negative, D1 is closed and D3 is open; when A(t) is positive, D3 is closed, and D1 is open. Similarly, when C(t) is negative, D2 is closed and D4 is open, and when C(t) is positive, D4 is closed and D2 is open. Thus in the four states of the AC cycle, two of the four diodes will be conducting the current to form a direct current output. In other words, during the conduction process of the two diodes, an alternating current is rectified and output as a direct current.
