SY100ELT23LZC-TR is a logic translator, level shifter, usually used in the application of transferring signal voltage levels between voltages of two different technologies. The device features very low propagation delay of 1.2ns, wide operating temperature range (–40°C to 125°C), low input and output leakage, and good signal integrity. It also provides wide input logic thresholds (1.68V and 0.85V) and two static outputs (High and Low). With this, it can be applied in reducing the effect of electrical noise on digital signals.
