The SY100HA643JI is a part of the SY100H series of clock distribution products from Siliconix/Intersil Corporation. The SY100HA643JI is a low-skew buffer/driver useful for routing clock frequencies up to 200 MHZ. It receives two low-skew clock inputs, one at 100 MHZ and one at 200 MHZ, and provides ten differential clock outputs with the same low-skew. The SY100HA643JI features a patent-pending skew-control circuit that provides exceptionally low clock skew between the different outputs in a common clock distribution line, regardless of loading conditions. The device also features programmable output enable control and clock pulse-width modulation to reduce power consumption in applications where the clocking requirements may be less frequent. Its high speed differential outputs offer significant improvements over single-ended outputs, especially in terms of noise immunity, crosstalk, and EMI/RFI reduction.
