Working Principle

The SY100S324JC operates in two different states: an enabled state, when the enable pins are asserted, and an idle state when the enable pins are deasserted. Data is then latched to the bus B and onto the bus A with the appropriate level translation. When in the idle state, the enable pins are deasserted and the bus A and bus B return to their default states.
