SY10EPT20VKC is a Logic - Translators, Level Shifters that is used to convert any logic level signals between two different levels. The part is designed with electrical isolation between the two logic levels, allowing any flip-flop to switch between the two levels. The SY10EPT20VKC logic level translator is a bi-directional, dual stage device that is used to convert the logic level from one logic family to another logic family which has different voltage level.

The SY10EPT20VKC is suitable for applications where two independent power domains exist, for example between 3.3V and 5.0V. It will also be used when bidirectional I/O buffers are required and where multiple devices with different logic levels are used in one system. The SY10EPT20VKC has one side that is the logic level translator and the other side acts as a buffer which gives the SY10EPT20VKC the ability to switch transistors from one logic level to another.

The SY10EPT20VKC uses a bi-directional wide-voltage drain driver (WVD) to manage the voltage translation between the two different logic level signals.
