SY87701LZI is an application-specific clock/timing device that helps in distributedclock distribution. It is an integrated high-accuracy, low phase noise ClockGenerator/Buffer IC designed for applications in high-speed, high data rate,and high frequency applications. The SY87701LZI utilizes fourPLLs(phase-locked loops) and two output drivers to provide multipleconfigurable frequencies with low jitter and low power consumption.

Its main applications areas include clock signal conditioning forRF(radio frequency) systems, computer systems, communications, storage,and signal processing systems. This device is designed to facilitate thesynchronization of multiple systems in distributed clock distribution andreduce power consumption in clock systems.

The SY87701LZI has four PLLs that provide up to fourhighly configurable clock signals, with one having a wide operatingfrequency range of up to 170MHz. These PLLs are used to generate theoutput clock signal, and the two output drivers that can be used togenerate multiple low-frequency outputs with low power consumption. Italso features an integrated output enable/disable logic that can be usedto enable/disable the output of the clock signal.

The SY87701LZI is capable of generating outputs withlow jitter and low power consumption thanks to its advanced PLLtechnology. The first output driver also featureshigh-impedance pull-up and pull-down resistors that help to minimize theamount of energy wasted by the output of the clock signal.
