RF Amplifiers

The SZA-2044 is an ultra wideband amplifier developed by SZA Technologies. It is widely used in a variety of applications ranging from cell phones and other wireless communication systems to radar engineering. In particular, the SZA-2044 is a low power device capable of achieving maximum gain across a wide frequency range up to 2 GHz.

The SZA-2044 utilizes a series of positive feedback amplifiers to enable high gain. This device is powered by an ultra low power supply voltage ranging between 1.8 and 3.3V and consumes significantly less power than other amplifiers in a similar range. The SZA-2044 has an extremely low noise figure of 1.9 dB and can provide excellent linearity performance up to 1.9 Vptp.
