This electric current induces a counter current in the capacitor, resulting in the formation of an electrostatic field between the plates of the device.The electrostatic field is then maintained and the process is reversed whenever the device is in the off state. The temperature coefficient of the device changes the amount of charge stored on the plates as the temperature rises, creating a capacitance variation.
