The TBTWF (Thermo-Electronic- Balancing-Throttle Water Flow) is a technology used to actively balance the thermal power of the fan speed of air conditioning and heating systems. This technology will help reduce the amount of energy wasted due to inefficient system operation. Through proactive balancing, the fan speed is automatically adjusted to match the temperature of each room.

The TBTWF Application Field and Working Principle can be explained in a few steps. First of all, the TBTWF bypass valve is installed in the main water supply line. This bypass valve ensures that water is pumped into the flow valves of the air conditioning and heating fans in proper proportions. Secondly, the TBTWF bypass system is connected to the thermostat located in the rooms, and the TBTWF thermostat constantly monitors the temperature and humidity of the rooms.

Once the TBTWF bypass system senses any change in the temperature or humidity of the rooms, it will readjust the fan speed of the air conditioning and heating systems accordingly. This constant readjustment of the fan speed prevents the temperature and humidity within the rooms from becoming too high or too low. In this way, energy is not wasted in maintaining unnecessary temperature levels, and the user can easily maintain comfortable temperatures in the rooms with minimum energy input.

The TBTWF bypass system is composed of several parts including the inlet port, the outlet port, the pressure bypass valve, and the TBTWF thermistor. The inlet port of the bypass valve is connected to the main water line, which supplies the required coolant. The outlet port is connected to the adjustable flow valves of the fans, and the bypass valve is used to regulate the pressure of the coolant that is being delivered from the main water line.

The TBTWF thermistor is a small, heat-sensitive electronic device. It is mounted on the fans and measures the temperature of the air that is being delivered. Through the thermistor, the TBTWF bypass system is able to accurately determine the temperature of the rooms. Once the temperature of the room deviates from the preset temperature on the thermostat, the TBTWF bypass system will readjust the fan speed to match the desired temperature.
