TBZ363C7V0-7-F is a 8-Pin DPAK surface mount transil transient voltage suppressor (TVS). This TVS diode provides cost effective protection to vulnerable ICs, FETs and power supplies. As part of a Tvs-diode, it provides transient over/under voltage protection in circuit applications where a capacitor and/or diode is installed for over/under voltage protection.

TBZ363C7V0-7-F offers a low capacitance of 8.5pF, low clamping voltage of 385V and a working voltage of 7V. This 8-pin DPAK surface mount transil is designed to protect low power and high speed applications such as game controllers, modems, set top boxes, mobile phones, I/O interfaces card, computer and printer ports. The TBZ363C7V0-7-F is available in 3 pin version, 7 pin version and 8 pin version for easy surface mount assembly.
