The TC500ACOE is an analog front end (AFE) module designed to provide a highly accurate and stable measurement of temperature, current and voltage signals. It is designed to be used in industrial and automotive applications.The TC500ACOE is based on an Industry Standard Delta-Sigma AD Converter. It provides 6 high-level analog inputs per module: 2 Low Voltage Differential Inputs (LVDI), 2 High Voltage Differential Inputs (HVEDI) and 2 High Voltage Direct Inputs (HVDI). These inputs measure up to 24 bits of resolution and 0.005% of accuracy.The TC500ACOE features an advanced digital signal processing system which includes advanced signal conditioning algorithms, digital filtering and multi-stage gain adjustments. All of this functions to ensure the highest level of measurement accuracy and signal stability. Additionally, the TC500ACOE supports consumer level calibration and diagnostic functions that allow users to easily adjust signal levels and diagnose any potential issues.In addition to signal conditioning, an advanced Dynamics Processing Unit (DPU) allows for signal conditioning, signal output and an additional high level Fuzzy Logic signal processing system. The Fuzzy Logic DPU enhances performance by providing a better understanding of real-world conditions and responding accordingly.For temperature sensing, the TC500ACOE includes a temperature sensor that can accurately measure up to five different temperatures simultaneously. The temperature sensor uses an advanced thermocouple method to ensure accurate results. Additionally, the module is designed with two isolated temperature sensor outputs to allow for multiple temperature measurements at the same time.When it comes to voltage, current and other measurements, the TC500ACOE offers an integrated programmable multi-range voltage and current measurement circuit. This allows for up to 24 bits of resolution, 0.005% of accuracy and a wide range of measurement ranges.The TC500ACOE makes use of a modern flash-based memory system to store measurement data. This allows data to be read out quickly and reliably while offering greater accuracy than traditional rom-based systems.The TC500ACOE is designed to be used in industrial and automotive applications where accurate and stable measurements are required. It is a great choice for industrial process control, automotive production testing, and machine monitoring due to its highly accurate and reliable performance.
