TC623CCOA Temperature Sensors, Thermostats and Solid State

The TC623CCOA is a one-piece temperature sensor, thermostat and solid state hybrid device that contains a temperature-sensing element and a solid-state switch on the same piece of substrate. The switch is mounted directly on the temperature sensor, eliminating the need for additional components for temperature sensing.
