The TCU10204 process temperature controller is a high-end single loop controller that provides the most accurate and powerful control of any system. The TCU10204 combines 3 key features of a process controller; accuracy, reliability and flexibility in order to provide maximum performance. It is capable of providing a wide range of control processes, such as absolute temperature control in °C, °F, Kelvin and Fahrenheit scales, regulation of specific temperature overshoot and undershoot, settling time limit, and many more.
The TCU10204 features a 4-channel input, allowing up to four independent temperature sensors to be connected to the controller. This input also features programmable setpoints and programmable control outputs. This enables the TCU10204 to provide greater precision and flexibility for temperature control applications.
The TCU10204 uses a PID (proportional-integral-derivative) control algorithm to regulate the temperature. This algorithm measures the temperature of the process and compares it to the desired setpoint.
