TD231-3002P Application Field and Working Principle

TD231-3002P is a multi-functional automated control instrument integrates with TD231 digital flowmeter, TD220 differential pressure transmitter and automatic controlling timer in one unit. It is the basic component for the automatic controlling system in production process.

It is mainly used in industrial automation automation process control, boiling, cooling, diluting and transferring water or other fluid materials in various industries such as chemical, petrochemical, food and beverage, dairy process, pharmacy, leather, laboratory, and textile.

Working Principle

TD231-3002P uses the signal range of pressure transmitter as the feedback control loop of temperature, pressure, capacity, liquid level or other process value, and can set the control parameters such as temperature, pressure, time, and capacity to automatically control the process parameters.The integrated digital flow meter helps user to automatically control the process parameter. The equipment can detect and indicate the rate of flow and cumulative flow of the liquid passing through it. The data is continuously monitored and displayed on the LCD panel of the meter.

TD231-3002P also includes a timer function, as it has a built-in timing interval mechanism with which the controlling parameters can be preset according to the required operation time and frequency. It offers three types of interval modes: Fixed-point control, Timing Function and Step Function as it has an internal timing switch and two preset switching points.

TD231-3002P is a reliable and solid instrument for accurate recording and feedback controlling. By combining TD231 digital flowmeter, TD220 transmitter and built-in automatic controller, it offers a direct-reading, convenient and reliable operation.
