THS4131IDGN is a rail-to-rail input and output high-speed op amp that is suitable for Sensor Interface and Automotive applications. The amplifier features a single ended, high accuracy, internal gain of 10, rail-to-rail input and output voltage swings, low power consumption, and excellent circuit stability. The THS4131IDGN is a high-speed operational amplifier designed for high precision applications requiring low power consumption, high accuracy and a wide operating frequency range. The device utilizes a single-ended bipolar differential amplifier to achieve a 10X gain with an exceptional linearity at a very low power dissipation of only 0.6mA. At a supply voltage of 5V, the THS4131IDGN can achieve an output current of up to ±296mA, allowing it to drive loads such as piezoelectric motors, active sensors and other analog interface components.

The THS4131IDGN performs excellent DC accuracy in addition to its high-speed operation. It has a wide range of DC performance specifications such as input offset voltage, offset voltage drift, turn-on delay, output common-mode voltage range and gain flatness. These performance features make the THS4131IDGN an excellent choice for high precision applications. The device also features an input common-mode voltage (Vcm) range from Vss - 3V to Vcc + 2V. The input stage utilizes a rail-to-rail input voltage swing capability, allowing the complete swing range to be utilized with a single supply voltage. It also has a high accuracy level with an output common-mode voltage of 0.2V relative to the supply voltage.

The THS4131IDGN provides rail-to-rail output swing capability, allowing it to drive the output to either supply rail or to the ground independently.
