THS6093ID is an integrated differential line transceiver designed for electronic equipment applications in consumer, computing, and communication systems. It is a single-channel, differential line driver and receiver that provides a high-speed data over a wide range of transmission media, such as twisted-pair cable and mini-coax. The THS6093ID offers high-speed data rates of up to 25 Mbps in full-duplex mode and up to 12.5 Mbps in half-duplex mode over a wide range of lengths, from 20 meters to 500 meters.

It consists of a differential transmitter with adjustable voltage swing, a differential receiver with equalized input, and control logic for adjustable thresholds and adjustable currents.

The differential line driver has adjustable output voltage swing to optimize performance for different cable lengths and transmission media. The high-speed differential input amplifier is equalized for long cables. The high-speed receiver can detect signals as small as 25mV and provides output voltage levels in the logic range.

The control logic circuit provides adjustable threshold and current levels. It also outputs digital signals to indicate when the cable is connected and disconnected as well as when the receive signal is valid or invalid.

The THS6093ID transceiver is a low-power solution that supports digital serial transmission on twisted pair cabling up to 25 Mbps.
