The TK-850/JG3H is a versatile evaluation board designed for applications that require high performance embedded MCU and DSP operations. It offers one of the most powerful and comprehensive configurations available today.The TK-850/JG3H integrates an MPU (32-bit RISC processor core) and two MIPS (multi-instruction set processor) cores in a single MCU. The MPU core is a 32-bit RISC processor running at 66 MHz with 128 KB of internal RAM. The MIPS cores run at 63 MHz and provide 16 KB of internal RAM. The combination of the MPU and MIPS cores provides powerful, flexible, and low-power control and signal-processing capability.In addition to the MCU and DSP cores, the TK-850/JG3H includes a variety of peripherals to allow for additional functionality. It includes a full 10/100 Ethernet MAC/PHY interface, UART, digital I/O ports and a variety of timers and counters. It has a two-axis accelerometer and three-axis gyroscope for motion detection, along with an on-board Open Source RTOS and embedded software package for development.The TK-850/JG3H can be used for a variety of applications, including remote control, industrial automation, robotics, medical device development, digital audio processing, and motion sensing applications. It has a wide range of support activities such as evaluation boards and development kits, which allow engineers to quickly get up and running with their applications.The TK-850/JG3H is powered by the SAM9XE ARM processor core and a MIPS processor core.
