The input is connected to the Gate of the FET and to the Base of the driver transistor. The Base of the FET is connected to the Source of the FET, and the Collector of the FET is connected to the Drain of the FET.The FET\'s Drain is connected to the base of the driver PNP transistor and the Driver\'s Collector is connected to the supply voltage. The output voltage is taken from the Collector of the driver transistor. The output voltage is regulated by the voltage across the FET\'s Drain and Source. The voltage across Drain and Source is regulated by the PNP current mirror.The current mirror controls the current from the output to the FET source and bias the FET. The voltage at the FET\'s source is the FET bias and it sets the FET\'s Drain to Source voltage, which in turn determines the operating point of the amplifier and the output voltage.TL034AIDG4 has a minimum CMRR (Common mode rejection ratio) of 110dB, a wide supply voltage range (2.2V to 30V) and excellent offset voltage specifications.
