The device combines two transistors in an integrated circuit form to provide an increased gain, reduced input capacitance and better response to changes in load current.The TL103WAIDRG4 is an operational amplifier (op-amp) which is commonly used in signal processing applications. An op-amp is a differential amplifier with high input impedance, high output impedance and low output impedance. It can amplify signal over a large range of frequencies including dc signals. An op-amp can be used in a wide range of applications including instrumentation, analog communication systems, signal processing, pulse shaping and signal conditioning.The TL103WAIDRG4 has a wide band-width, low noise and excellent thermal stability. It is designed to operate from supply voltages as low as 3.2V and as high as 16V. The device is packaged in a small, hermetically sealed package and is available in several pin configurations which are compatible with all G4 sockets. The working principle of the device is based on the operation of a differential amplifier. A differential amplifier is an electronic circuit which amplifies the difference between two input signals. This application makes the TL103WAIDRG4 ideal for applications such as sample and hold, active filter applications and audio signal processing.The TL103WAIDRG4 features an internal voltage regulator, gain control, wide band-width, low output bias and low current consumption. The low output bias ensures that the device operates within the target gain range at all times. The wide band-width ensures that the device can respond to changes in the signal quickly and accurately.The device is available in three different temperature ranges. The device performs best in the temperature range between -20°C and +50°C.The TL103WAIDRG4 also has a current feedback amplifier which offers improved dynamic performance. The current feedback amplifier is designed to provide high slew rate and low distortion.The device can be powered by a single supply voltage or dual supply voltage. When powered by a single supply voltage, a voltage divider is used to generate the upper and lower supply rails.
