TL1431QDR is a voltage reference component used in Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMIC) applications. It is a single-channel voltage reference component with a wide input voltage range and low quiescent current. The device is designed to operate with a wide input voltage range of 2.8V to 15V. The output voltage is adjustable by an external resistor. The device has a guaranteed temperature coefficient of 2uV/\degree C and a guaranteed initial accuracy of +/-2% over a temperature range of -10\degree C to + 70\degree C. The output voltage can be adjusted over a wide range by trimming the external resistor connected to the adjustment pin.The TL1431QDR has a very low quiescent current, typically 160uA, which helps to reduce power consumption. The device is protected against reverse current and current excursions due to its low quiescent current.
