TL1431QDR is a voltage reference component used in Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMIC) applications. It is a single-channel voltage reference component with a wide input voltage range and low quiescent current. The device is designed to provide an adjustable output voltage with high accuracy and low drift, and is suitable for use as a reference for many applications such as transistors, linear regulators, power supplies and power management systems.The TL1431QDR is a two-terminal voltage reference consisting of an adjustable voltage regulator and an internal voltage reference. The voltage regulator is a two-stage switchable voltage regulator that can provide an output voltage from 0.6V to 15V, depending on the input voltage. The regulating action is achieved through the internal forward-biased diode when the voltage across the two terminals of the regulator exceeds the forward voltage. The internal fixed reference voltage of the TL1431QDR is 10 V.The TL1431QDR is designed to provide an adjustable output voltage reference with a high degree of accuracy, stability and low noise. The device is designed to operate with a wide input voltage range of 2.8V to 15V. The output voltage is adjustable by an external resistor. The device has a guaranteed temperature coefficient of 2uV/\degree C and a guaranteed initial accuracy of +/-2% over a temperature range of -10\degree C to + 70\degree C. The output voltage can be adjusted over a wide range by trimming the external resistor connected to the adjustment pin.The TL1431QDR has a very low quiescent current, typically 160uA, which helps to reduce power consumption. The device is protected against reverse current and current excursions due to its low quiescent current.
