The TL3474AIDG4 is an 8-bit, 10-bit, 11-bit and 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with rail-to-rail inputs, providing high throughput at low power dissipation. It includes integrated reference, reference buffer, A/D converter and digital control logic, making it ideal for low power embedded and instrumentation applications.The TL3474AIDG4 uses a latched SAR architecture with gain and offset linearized on a per-bit basis. The ADC is designed to operate in single-ended mode or differential input mode, depending on the application needs. Single-ended operation offers a wider input range and is more suitable for low frequency signals while differential operation provides better linearity and power reduction at higher frequencies.The TL3474AIDG4 features a high accuracy, low voltage, fully differential reference input which can be fine-tuned via its integrated reference buffer to reduce clock jitter and improve noise performance.
