TL4050C10QDCKT is a PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) voltage reference family from Texas Instruments. The family of integrated circuits offers top-notch performance, accuracy and reliability over a wide range of operating temperatures.The TL4050C10QDCKT family provides superior accuracy of ±0.3% over a wide range of input voltages and minimum quiescent current of 2 μA for single supply operation and 2.5 μA for dual supply operation. It also offers a number of tight performance specs, including 0.3 mA low drift over temperature, high-frequency stability to 10MHz, and low output impedance.The TL4050C10QDCKT is an ideal choice for applications requiring extremely accurate and stable reference voltages, such as analog signal conditioning, active filter design, low-power digital-to-analog signal conditioning, and linear signal conditioning. It also provides excellent performance in high-resolution metering, data acquisition systems, digital-to-analog converters, and power management systems.The TL4050C10QDCKT reference voltage is generated internally through a Bandgap voltage reference circuit, which is based on the principles of thermionic emission of electrons. The reference voltage is generated by a combination of reverse-biased diodes and resistors, which are connected in series in order to create a voltage drop across the diodes. This voltage drop is a result of the difference in potential between the diode junctions and the resistors. The output voltage of the circuit is limited by the design of the circuit and is therefore very reliable and accurate.The voltage reference is configured to have an adjustable output range of 0.35V to 5.00V and it can be used to power various analog components in a system. The output voltage can be adjusted using the available external resistors and voltage regulators can be added in order to further adjust the output voltage.
