The TL4050C50IDBZR is a precise voltage reference and voltage supervisor monolithic integrated circuit that can operate over a wide temperature range. It is part of the TL4050C family of voltage reference/voltage supervisors from Texas Instruments (TI). This PMIC - Voltage Reference is a low-cost, high-accuracy device with extremely low temperature coefficients, making it ideal for many different types of applications.
The TL4050C50IDBZR provides both low current and low noise precision voltage references and voltage supervisors. The reference outputs are provided for both positive and negative polarities, giving flexibility for a wide range of applications. It also has an adjustable output startup voltage and a current limit operation.
There are two types of reference voltage choices; one is a 3V range with a 0.17% accuracy, and a 2V range with a 0.13% accuracy.
