Working principle of TLC1079CNS
The TLC1079CNS is a 3-terminal linear-in-linear-out (LILO) voltage amplifier with a single-ended output stage. The linear output stage consists of two corresponding transistors, one PNP and one NPN, connected in a differential amplifier configuration with a resistive feedback network. This differential amplifier is used to provide the amplification, regulation, and buffering for the device\'s output.The amplified output voltage is dependent on the input voltage and is adjusted using a feedback resistor. This resistor is the only point of variable control on the TLC1079CNS. The other parameters such as input voltage, gain and noise are fixed.The output voltage is only linearly related to the input voltage. The output voltage is effectively regulated by changing the gain in response to changes in the input voltage.
