The device features a wide gain bandwidth product of 4.0 MHz at a 5V supply voltage, a low input bias current of 150 pA, an extremely low input noise voltage of 4.0 nV/√Hz, and a wide output voltage swing of 250 mV.The wide gain bandwidth, low input current, and low input noise make the TLC2272ACD ideal for amplifier and transducer signal conditioning applications. The low power consumption of this device makes it suitable for portable battery-powered systems and CMOS systems. The high slew rate combined with the low input bias current enables high-speed operation with minimal overshoot and ringing. Additionally, the output stage includes an output slew rate limiting feature which further improves the linearity at higher signal frequencies.The TLC2272ACD features an internal circuit topology which provides an economical way to achieve high performance. The device architecture consists of four high performance CMOS op-amp cores, each with an enable feature, connected to an output buffer stage.
