TLC271CP application field and working principle
The TLC271CP is a low-power precision CMOS op amp that is typically used in a wide range of instrumentation, OPamps, buffer amplifiers, and other signal conditioning circuits. It has a wide input common-mode voltage range (VCM) supported of -1V to 36V and can drive loads up to 150 mA over the temperature range of -40 to +85C. It also has a high open-loop gain of up to 320dB at 25C.The TLC271CP consists of two independent wide common-mode voltage range (V cm ), high output current, and push-pull dual opamp signal conditioning amplifier circuits, each containing four independent differential amplifiers. The four amplifiers can be used to process and condition low-level signals in various applications such as signal amplifiers, instrumentation amplifiers, audio amplifiers, filter amplifiers, etc. The TLC271CP has two main operating modes: power-on reset (POR) and power-down control (PDC). When the PView pin is driven low, the opamp enters power-down mode where VCC is disconnected from the opamp, and the opamp stops. The device also has an enabled/disable mode. The TLC271CP is also featured with an over-temperature protection circuit that activates when the junction temperature exceeds +150C. The TLC271CP utilizes a high-speed, baseline CMOS technology for a wide range of signal-conditioning, processing and control applications. It has a low quiescent current of only 40 mA, allowing it to be used in low-power designs, and it is also capable of driving loads up to 140 mA over a temperature range of -40C to +85C. The device provides high output current, high slew rate of 60V/µs, and fast settling time of only 10 µs to 0.1%.In addition, the TLC271CP has an internal protection circuitry that prevents the opamp from over-voltage and over-temperature conditions, providing advanced protection when used under harmful conditions.
