TLC274CD is an ultra-low-cost, quad operational amplifier with high input impedance, low input bias current, high slew rate and excellent output drive capability suitable for many linear and non-linear applications. It is a high performance device designed for applications demanding high speed and low power. It is an excellent choice for use in power supply regulation, data acquisition, industrial control and instrumentation, telecommunications, audio and video systems, audio amplifiers, multiplying DACs and sample and hold circuits.The TLC274CD is a voltage feedback operational amplifier that provides very high input impedance, low bias currents, and excellent speed. It can provide up to 50V/μs slew rate, with common supply voltages, and offers excellent dynamic performance, making it an ideal choice for high-performance applications.The TLC274CD is constructed using CMOS technology and offers high voltage capability and low quiescent power consumption. It includes protection circuitry to safeguard against reversed power, over-temperature and under-voltage conditions. It can be operated from either a single 5V to 12V supply or from two independent supplies. The inputs can be operated from rail to rail without degrading the common-mode range. The bi-polar input capability of the TLC274CD enables it to be biased for excellent linearity. Low distortion results when the amplifier is powered from a single supply. The combination of input impedance, low-noise, low-distortion, and high speed make this amplifier ideal for use in many audio, RF, and video systems.The TLC274CD is an excellent choice for driving capacitive loads, as the outputs have been specifically designed to be able to provide the necessary current to charge and discharge the load capacitor rapidly.
