TLC27M7IP is a dual operational amplifier with integrated power transistors. The TLC27M7IP integrates a temperature-compensated bipolar-input operational amplifier with an NPN Darlington power stage. It provides very good performances with a minimum of externally component count. This device is ideal for gain, level, or current control applications. Its integration makes it a reliable solution for current control and gain switching applications.The TLC27M7IP is a low-voltage dual operational amplifier (OA) with integrated power transistors. This device includes a temperature-compensated bipolar-input operational amplifier and an NPN Darlington power stage. It can operate from a single power supply ranging from 5.0V to 36V and can source up to 1.5A of output current. With a wide I/O voltage range of ±2V to ±35V and a high open-loop gain of up to 80dB, the TLC27M7IP provides very good AC and DC performance with a minimum of externally component count.The TLC27M7IP is mainly used in gain, level, or current control applications. Its low voltage supply and high-performance makes it an ideal solution for audio applications, such as bridging/unbridging audio amplifiers, expanding or inverting functions, tone control circuits, voltage and current sensing circuits, and gain and level control. The TLC27M7IP can also be used in LED driver applications and can be used as a switch in discrete logic and PLC applications.The TLC27M7IP also features an overvoltage protection which prevents the output from being damaged by an excessively high voltage. This feature helps to maintain stable performance when the input voltage is fluctuating. Additionally, the TLC27M7IP is highly resistant to noise and has a low power consumption of 24mW.The working principle of the TLC27M7IP is based on operational amplifier theory.
