TLE2022IDRG4

TLE2022IDRG4 is a low-noise, low-distortion, low-dropout linear regulator suitable for linear-amplifiers, instrumentation and operational amplifiers, buffer amplifiers and other applications. The TLE2022IDRG4 offers up to 1A of continuous output current, with a power dissipation of only 2.5mW per 1A of output current, an absolute maximum output current capability of 6A (6A peak) and a typical drop-out voltage of 250mV at 1A of output current.
